By leveraging the Sequence feature, we automated key stages of the sales journey, ensuring structured and consistent follow-ups for new leads.

Custom Sales Sequence for New Leads

  • A dedicated sequence was designed to initiate engagement with potential customers.

  • Upon receiving a new lead, the system automatically created a call task for the sales team, prompting them to make the first outreach.

Automated Email Follow-Up

  • Based on the outcome of the call, the system generated and sent personalized follow-up emails to the lead.

  • This ensured timely and consistent communication, regardless of the call result.

Unanswered Call Workflow:

  • If the initial call was not answered, the sequence included a pre-defined waiting period.

  • After the waiting period, the sequence resumed with another call task, followed by an email if necessary, maintaining an efficient follow-up loop.
