  • This flow generates a customized reservation form using Microsoft Forms, which is automatically sent to the customer in their preferred language.

Automatic CRM Updates

Seamless data synchronization ensures real-time updates to customer records without manual intervention.

  • Once the customer completes the reservation form, Power Automate seamlessly synchronizes the data with Dynamics 365 Sales, updating the case information in real-time.

Intelligent Email Generation with Copilot

AI-powered email generation creates personalized communications based on reservation data and customer context.

  • In the Sales app, agents can utilize Copilot to automatically generate emails based on the reservation data.

  • With simple commands like 'Create email' or by selecting options from the Prompt menu, the system quickly drafts an email.
